It Is A Municipality Created On May 7, 1979 And With 11,420 Inhabitants In 2014. It Is Also The Capital Of A Delegation Created In 1956 Of 58,776 Inhabitants.
Geography: Regueb Is Located 90 Kilometers From Sfax, 250 Kilometers From Tunis, 110 Kilometers From Kairouan And 90 Kilometers From The City Of Gafsa.
Economy: Regueb’s Economy Is Essentially Based On Agriculture Since 90% Of Its Land Is Potentially Exploitable. The Region Produces Olive Oil, Market Garden Produce And Fruit.
